sarahsmoothieAll food served during the retreat will be raw and vegan, with the exception of honey. Aligned with the tradition of the Passover holiday, we will not be serving any grains, legumes, rice, or other items typically avoided during Passover.

As much as possible, ingredients will be organic, seasonal and locally sourced. Participants will also learn about how to make juices and raw food items.

Snacks between meals will include fresh fruit, coconut water, and other raw local juices.
